Can employees or guests pay for their own appointments?

No. When booking for manicures and pedicures for corporate or events, you must subsidize the entire visit.

What is the minimum amount of time I can book?

Our visit minimum is 3 hours for corporate visits and events. For an additional fee, clients can book our mobile manicure services for less than 3 hours.

What type of setup is required to host a successful visit?

We ask that you provide a private space of at least 6′ x 6′ with a table and as many chairs as there are people – including chairs for our technicians.

How do I manage scheduling and bookings?

We can provide you with a private booking link free of charge, or you can choose to handle bookings internally with a spreadsheet - your call.

What areas do you currently service for corporate visits and events?

We currently service Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Upstate New York. If you are not in one of these areas, please email info@maniorpedi.com for availability.

How does payment work?

Once we confirm the details of our visit, we will send you an electronic invoice. You can pay securely online with any major credit card.

Please note: a full payment is required to secure your reservation.

How are the services priced? What's included?

We charge by the hour at a minimum of 3 hours. Everything is included in the price except gratuity, which you can add when processing your payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you choose to move the date within the 7 days leading up to the event to another date/time, a $25 fee will be applied.

If you choose to cancel an event, you must do so no less than 7 days in advance; we will not refund or credit cancellations executed within this 7 day time span, so please plan/book accordingly.

Can I gift this to a client or internal team?

Yes, absolutely! You can send an event or corporate visit to anyone you wish. We can help you book this, or you can purchase gift certificate and whoever you send it to will receive a code, which they can use with us.

How do I get started? How much does it cost?

We are definitely affordable! You’ll need to contact us for a quote. Once we receive this request, we’ll follow up with you via email or phone to work out exact pricing, location details, timing, and setup process.
