How much do your services cost?
You can view a complete list of our services on the pricing page. Tip and taxes are already included.

How do I book services?
You first need to register for an account. Once you've registered, you can login to your account. After you've logged in, you can book any of our services.

How do I pay for my appointment?
You can pay for your appointment online or through our app using a credit card.

For corporate partial or fully subsidized appointments, we bill on the first of every month for services rendered the month prior. For events, we'll book ahead of time to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, first log in, then go to your account page. Or,contact us or call us. You’ll have to provide us with your name, time of the original appointment, and the desired change.

We work very diligently with our technicians to accommodate customers. However, as per our cancellation policy, if you cancel within 1-2 hours of your appointment, will only refund 50% of the appointment list price. If you cancel within one (1) hour of the appointment or do not show up, we will charge 100% of the appointment list price. For appointments for 8 AM or earlier, we require that you notify us up to 12 hours or incur 100% of the appointment list price.

All cancellations with packages or coupons will result in the loss of that appointment from that package or dismissal of the coupon.


What type of products do you guys use?
CND, essie, and Voesh. You can view a complete list of our products by visiting the products page.

Do you do acrylics or nail art?
We do not offer acrylic services. We do offer nail art services. We offer a standard set of designs that are chic and "easy" for technicians to execute.

Can the technician use the tools I supply?
We can use the tools you supply, however, we recommend trying our products that replace traditional tools.

Do you offer organic or vegan products?
Our scrubs, lotions, creams and exfoliants are from VOESH New York and are free of parabens.


How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book an appointment is to download our iPhone app or Android app. You’ll be able to book manicure and pedicure services in as little as 120 hours before your desired appointment time or up to 30 days in advance. If you do not have an Apple or Android device, you can request an appointment by filling out the form on the booking page.

If you would like to make a special request please email us at with your (1) name (2) type of mani or pedi service (c) address (including apartment number, cross street, parking details or any other notes) (d) phone number, and (e) time and date of the requested appointment. We’ll try to respond to you right away!

How long do the manicures and pedicures take?
Please refer to our pricing page for a complete list of times. Typically, we give enough time to do the job right, rather than hurried and rushed. For corporate appointments, we do dry manicures and pedicures, and gel manicures as well, which can differ in length from in-home appointments.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
The best thing you can do to prepare for an appointment is the following:

Generally Speaking:

  • - Have running water and a drain for disposing of water
  • - Provide a flat surface for the technician to set his/her tools and products
  • - Designate a brightly-lit area for the appointment, whether that is a couch or two (2) chairs
  • - Make access to a power outlet for gel dryers, fans and mobile pedicure tubs
  • - Crate any animals you may have so our technicians can work free of distraction


Do you do weddings or other large groups?
Absolutely! We do all sorts of events including product launches, fashion shows, trunk shows, conventions, corporate events, weddings, parties, or whatever else.

Can I book an appointment as a gift?

You can purchase a gift card through our website or mobile app. Its just as easy as booking your own appointment!

What areas do you service?
Currently, we are only providing services to a select number of neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In Manhattan, we offer service to all Downtown, Midtown, Upper East Side and Upper West Side areas, and in Brooklyn, we offer service in DUMBO. In the near future, we plan to extend our services to Harlem, Williamsburg, Roosevelt Island, and Queens.

If I’m in the office, what type of room should I reserve and what will need?
If you are getting a manicure or pedicure done in the office, we suggest finding a room with ample space, which can also lend you a little bit of privacy so that you can feel more comfortable. If you aren’t so concerned with privacy, all we need is a designated, brightly-lit space with a flat surface and access to power.

Can I book an after-hours appointment?

After Hours appointments are charged 1.5x the regular price.

We understand life can get a little hectic, which is why we are the only mobile manicure and pedicure servicein New York City offering After Hours (between the times of 9 PM – 7 AM) manicure and pedicure appointments. This appointment is usually done by a senior member of our team.


Who will be coming to my home or office?
The technicians coming to your home, office, or event are the best of the best. They are fully vetted by our team, are licensed, and have at least 3 years of experience. They must perform and pass several applications during the interview process to be considered one of our technicians.

Can I choose a specific technician?
When booking an appointment, you can select which technician you’d like or we will assign one to you. All of our technicians are absolutely amazing, and if we cannot pair you with the person you like, we’ll find the next most compatible technician. Alternatively, you can wait for the technician you like to become available.

Do your technicians speak English?
Our technicians have a minimum proficiency in English, and must be at an intermediate level to be hired.
